Job Summary:

The Real Estate Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the real estate team, ensuring efficient office operations, and assisting with property listings, documentation, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, manage, and organize property documents, contracts, and lease agreements
  • Maintain and update property listings on various platforms
  • Coordinate with clients, tenants, agents, and external stakeholders
  • Schedule property viewings, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Assist in marketing activities, including preparing brochures and advertisements
  • Maintain accurate records and databases of properties and clients
  • Process paperwork related to sales, leasing, and property management
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with real estate regulations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in real estate
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate CRM systems
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws and procedures is an advantage
