Dubai real estate sector saw $3.8bn of transactions and 3,206 sales last week, including luxury Jumeirah apartment.
The Dubai real estate sector recorded AED13.88bn ($3.8bn) of transactions last week, according to data from the Land Department.
Sales transactions dominated the figures, with AED6.7bn ($1.8bn), according to Land Department data.
In total there were 3,206 sales transactions recorded between August 3 and 7.
Dubai real estate last week
Among the most expensive sales transactions listed on the Land Department website were:
- An apartment in Jumeirah Residences Asora Bay in Jumeirah First sold for AED65m ($17.7m)
- An apartment in Solaya 6 in Jumeirah First sold for AED57.2m ($15.6m)
- An apartment in Rosewood Residences in Jumeirah Second sold for AED44.4m ($12.1m)
Gift transactions in the same period were valued at AED1.52 ($414m).
