Dubai real estate: Meraas awards contract to begin construction of Nourelle at Madinat Jumeirah Living

Meraas has awarded a contract for groundworks at Nourelle in Madinat Jumeirah Living, advancing the delivery of its latest premium Dubai residential project.

Meraas has awarded a contract to International Foundation Group to begin groundworks for Nourelle, marking the next stage in the delivery of the premium residential development within Madinat Jumeirah Living in Dubai.

The contract covers site preparation together with the design and construction of shoring and piling works for the project’s initial phase, as Meraas continues to expand its residential portfolio in Dubai.

Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said the award represents another milestone in the delivery of Nourelle and reinforces progress across the wider Madinat Jumeirah Living master development.

International Foundation Group will undertake site preparation works alongside the design and construction of the project’s shoring and piling infrastructure during the initial phase of development.

According to Meraas, the contract marks the next phase in delivering Nourelle, one of the latest residential additions to the Madinat Jumeirah Living community.

Located close to Jumeirah Beach, the development is designed to offer residents convenient access to Dubai’s key lifestyle, business and leisure destinations while combining contemporary architecture with the established, walkable character of the wider Madinat Jumeirah Living neighbourhood.

Meraas said Nourelle reflects its continued commitment to delivering thoughtfully designed residential communities focused on premium living, connectivity and quality of life.
