ADGM launches broker ranking system to recognise top-performing real estate agents

ADGM has activated a new Broker Classification Framework to recognise top-performing real estate brokers and raise standards across Abu Dhabi’s property market.

The Registration Authority (RA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) has activated a new Broker Classification Framework designed to recognise high-performing real estate brokers and strengthen professionalism across the financial centre’s growing property market.

The initiative introduces a structured assessment framework based on broker performance, professional development and customer feedback, while supporting the continued development of the ADGM real estate ecosystem.

The framework recognises high-performing real estate brokers operating within ADGM using a structured set of performance criteria, including transaction activity, continuous professional development and customer feedback.

As part of the rollout, the Registration Authority will work closely with brokerages through dedicated workshops and engagement sessions aimed at promoting collaboration, sharing guidance and identifying opportunities to support continued professional development.

According to ADGM, the initiative reflects its commitment to strengthening the broker community as a key stakeholder in the long-term growth, professionalism and success of its real estate market.

Rashed Al Blooshi, CEO of the Registration Authority of ADGM, said: “The activation of the Broker Classification Framework marks another important milestone in the development of ADGM’s real estate ecosystem, and reflects our commitment to building a trusted and progressive real estate environment that benefits all market participants.

“By recognising high-performing brokers and encouraging continuous professional development, we are reinforcing a culture of excellence, transparency and accountability across the sector.”

Al Blooshi added that the framework strengthens accountability by incorporating customer feedback into the assessment process while encouraging brokers to continuously improve service standards, helping to enhance confidence among property owners, buyers, sellers and tenants.

He said Abu Dhabi General Market will continue advancing a competitive and future-ready real estate environment while supporting the development of a mature, trusted and customer-focused property market that reinforces Abu Dhabi’s position as a leading destination for global investment.
